　　本機(jī)為非加熱式扇形澆包，鐵水經(jīng)擋渣板擋渣后，經(jīng)U形出水口無壓力流出，在鐵水表面張力作用下呈平穩(wěn)的圓柱形流束注入型腔?？删幊炭刂破骱退欧到y(tǒng)控制扇形包的角速度和液面高度來控制鐵水的流速。其特點(diǎn)為:不帶氣、沖刷少、收包斷流快速干凈、” 飛濺少、鑄件成品率高.所有技術(shù)參數(shù)都可以通過觸摸屏輸入和修改。各種工藝參數(shù)都可以通過學(xué)習(xí)(示教)進(jìn)行設(shè)定,并且能把澆注參數(shù)存入，再次生產(chǎn)同種產(chǎn)品時(shí)只需調(diào)出參數(shù)即可。該設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、占地面積小、可以為造型線加裝，且故障率低，維修、保養(yǎng)方便，是理想的自動(dòng)澆注設(shè)備。

　　This machine uses non-heating fan-shapedcontainer. Ater pushing off the slag. the molten iron flows out form U-shaped outlet, then, it can inject into the mould with stable current. The flow velocity is decided by the angular velocity and liquid level of fan-shaped container, which is controlled by the programmable control unit and servo system. Its characteritic includes no alr, less erosion, fast and clear container returning and molten iron cutting off,less spatter, high rate of finished products and all technical parameters can be input and modified by touch screen. All technological parameters are avallable to set up by study (demonstration), and the best casting parameter can be conserved, which can be directly utilized in the like product. This machine has concise construction and small footprint, which is easy to assemble to the existing molding line. It also has a low fault rate and the convenience to maintenance, which leads it to be an ideal automatic casting equipment.
